A couple of years ago, we initially requested PlanetMagpie resolve a number of issues with our Exchange Server; that initial project has turned into full scale on-site IT department support. A complete overhaul of our IT infrastructure, Great Plains ERP implementation, back-up solution, security solution, full documentation of policies/processes are just a few of areas that we entrusted to PlanetMagpie. Without their expertise, competence and dedication we would not have been able to pass our first year of SOX 404 testing. They truly are a 24-7 full service consulting group. From our CEO to our staff members there is a genuine feeling of trust and respect for their work and the professionalism of their staff. PlanetMagpie is nothing but accommodating to all of our IT needs. The ultimate compliment however, should be when a consulting group such as PlanetMagpie can walk into a customer’s company and become so integrated that the line between outside consultant and employee becomes blurred.
