Ask Magpie! Stolen Web Content
"Magpie, we think someone's stolen our web content & put it up on their site. What do we do?"

Report them! You can report stolen content under the DMCA. There are detailed instructions for filing a DMCA complaint on eHow.com.

We also recommend reporting stolen content directly to Google. Open the Content Removal – Google page to report stolen content (text-based). You may need to sign into your Google Account first.

You will need: A description of your content, the URL of where it's posted, and the URL of where the stolen content is posted.

Right now Bing doesn't have an automated process to report duplicate content. The DMCA complaint should take care of any they list, though. And make sure to follow up!
