PlanetMagpie attained Gold Certified status in the Microsoft Partner Program.
Becoming a Gold Certified Partner PlanetMagpie have demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and proven ability to meet customers’ needs. The benefits provided through our Gold Certified status will allow us to continue to enhance the offerings that we provide for customers.
Gold Certified Partners are required to enroll in at least one Microsoft Competency. We already attained 5 of them recognizing our expertise and total impact in the technology marketplace:
Advanced Infrastructure Solutions
The Advanced Infrastructure Solutions Competency is designed for partners with proven expertise in designing and/or implementing complex infrastructure solutions such as Active Directory ®-based and Microsoft Integration Server design and deployment solutions, or Microsoft Exchange Server migration or deployment solutions. Because customers are increasingly asking to do more with less, partners with the Advanced Infrastructure Solutions Competency can identify their unique skill in helping customers access management solutions, improving operational efficiency and reducing security risks
Information Worker Productivity Solutions
Designed to provide additional benefit and support to partners specializing in collaboration, portals and other productivity solutions, the Information Worker Productivity Solutions Competency is utilized by Gold Certified Partners that provide their customers with solutions built on familiar programs that enable them to better manage, prioritize and collaborate on increasing volumes of information. Partners that have obtained the Information Worker Competency can help their customers realize increased service revenues and new market opportunities.
ISV/Software Solutions
The Microsoft ISV/Software Solutions Competency recognizes the skill and focus partners bring to a particular solution set. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners that have obtained this competency have a successful record of developing and marketing packed software based on Microsoft technologies.
Networking Infrastructure Solutions
Microsoft Gold Certified Partners enrolled in the Networking Infrastructure Solutions Competency have proved their competency in implementing technology solutions based on either the Microsoft Windows Server™ 2003 or Windows ® 2000 Server operating system, with a particular focus on Microsoft Small Business Server 2000 and Windows Small Business Server 2003. These implementations may include crafting solutions that connect Windows-based servers, PC locations and the Internet; installing a server farm; or building a small-business Windows Server stand-alone solution that includes file and print capabilities.
Security Solutions
The Microsoft Security Solutions Competency is designed to recognize the unique skills and requirements of partners specializing in delivering security-based solutions. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners enrolled in this competency have proved their skill in advanced security solutions to help protect customer information assets by building solutions such as security management and operations, secure wireless VPN and perimeter and identity and access management.
PlanetMagpie also obtained the Small Business Specialist Status.
As they recognize their needs for information technology, small business customers want high-quality solutions that are designed to meet those needs. PlanetMagpie uses Microsoft solutions because they are customizable according to the customers’ needs and supported to ensure customer satisfaction.
